Strictly No Refunds on Custom Laser-Engraved Creations

Every Lipi product is custom-commissioned and permanently laser-etched with your specified name, monogram, dates, or logos. Consequently, orders cannot be cancelled once production begins, and we do not issue monetary refunds.

1. Bespoke Custom Commission Nature

Because each personalized item (cutting boards, insulated tumblers, family tree art, and bag tags) is custom laser-ablated specifically for you, it has zero resale value and cannot be returned for a refund.

2. 100% Free Replacement Guarantee (Transit Damage / Defect)

While we do not provide cash refunds, your purchase is completely protected against manufacturing defects or courier transit mishaps:

Transit Damage: If your package arrives broken, cracked, or damaged by courier handling.
Engraving Error: If our workshop etches spelling differing from your exact submitted instructions.
Resolution: We will re-craft and express dispatch a brand new replacement item to your doorstep at zero extra cost.
