The Warm Oil Bath

Monsoon rain is beating against the studio glass. Inside, the workshop is filled with the warm scent of organic seed oils and teak shavings. Today we completed oiling the Heritage Family Tree series.

Each teak piece is hand-bathed in cold-pressed organic linseed oil warmed to exactly 45°C. The warmth allows the oil to penetrate deep into the microscopic laser grooves, sealing the scorched cell walls and revealing the grain contrast.

The Beeswax Seal

After curing for 48 hours, we hand-buff each board with pure local beeswax. This creates a satin, water-repellent, tactile finish that feels organic and luxurious in the hand.

The piece is now moisture-proof, silky smooth, and ready to be boxed in our signature gold wax-sealed presentation packaging.
